Denver Chiropractor Reveals His Source of Health

Because I’m a chiropractor people ask me all the time “Who adjusts you?” They want to know why I get chiropractic care when I seem perfectly healthy. It’s not always easy for me to get chiropractic because my colleagues keep virtually the same hours I do, but I make certain I get care because I want to be at my best and I hate to get sick. Chiropractic keeps me well without drugs which have side effects or dangerous surgery.

I was at a restaurant the other day with the best chiropractor I know from Colorado Springs, Dr. Deborah Wormsbacher. I was feeling terrible, and was concerned I was about to get the flu. My head hurt and I was exhausted. As I was telling her about my pain she reached across the table and touched my neck. She found a tender point and made a quick, gentle movement with her hands to realign my spine. I felt a click as a bone in my neck seemed to jump back into position. I felt almost instantly better and thanked her. I never caught the cold I thought I’d get.

The restaurant was crowded and a lady sitting at another table saw what had just happened. She raised her hand and motioned as if to say, “me next!” We all laughed.

Who Adjusts You?

Every one of us is prone to slight deviations of the spine. Spinal bones can move out of position and when they do, they cause interference with the nervous system. This phenomenon is called “subluxation” and is the most common cause of disease today. To be and stay healthy it’s essential to maintain the vertebrae in proper alignment.
