Exercise Ball Relieves Severe Back Pain

Part of a good rehabilitation program for the lower back is regular exercise on a “swiss” or disco ball.
How To Get Relief
Lay face down on a ball for 5 minutes. Be sure to breath regularly and relax your entire body. Allow the muscles of your spine to lengthen and relax as much as possible. This should feel very comfortable but if it causes additional pain, stop.
Consult your doctor of chiropractic for information concerning about activities that may need to be discontinued or modified.
